The breakfast served on the terrace, with panoramic views of Lake Como and a good selection including fresh eggs, homemade cakes, and gluten-free options, elevated our mornings.

The trek back to the hotel from the lakeside can be quite steep, making it a challenge for those who aren't used to hilly walks, especially after a day of activities.

the hotel is stylish, it has romantic rooms and outstandingly accommodating employees. the venue offers a really tasty and exceptional breakfast with wonderful coffee, espresso coffee machine and also a lovely spread of fresh produce. first-rate service, they provide a free parking and free wi-fi.

Easy check-in, late check-out. A huge variety of food for the continental breakfast.

Excellent views across Lake Como from the terrace. Finding the hotel was challenging due to narrow roads. Enjoyed hiking in nearby trails.

Our stay at La Perla was the most pleasant experience. The hotel and staff made guests most welcome and made your stay with them very special, comfortable and enjoyable. We would have no hesitation in recommending La Perla other than we would like to keep this 'pearl' of an hotel to ourselves.

Perfect cleanliness throughout the hotel.

The walk back from the lake was challenging, and we really struggled after a long day of exploring. I found it tiring every time we returned. Lastly, we wished the TV had options to stream our favorite shows. Only Italian channels were available.

This family run hotel is excellent in every respect. Staff are excellent, hotel is to a very high standard, is beautifully maintained and has magnificent views over Lake Como. One of the nice things about the hotel is how quiet it is. No car noise, just the occasional cow mooing or rooster which just adds to the wonderful experience. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

Our stay at Hotel La Perla was so enjoyable because of the staff. So welcoming, helpful, friendly and attentive. They were always smiling despite clearly working incredibly hard. The service was excellent and we felt they always went the extra mile to ensure you were looked after. The location of the hotel a couple of kilometres above the lake meant the views were fantastic. We never tired of the views. The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxed and quiet.

The breakfast was a real treat, served on a terrace that overlooked the lake. We appreciated the convenient shuttle service that took us to and from the ferry terminal. The only downside was the steep walk back after a day out, but it added to the adventure!

Spotless hotel with a lovely design and sweeping views, it has an amazing location just next door to gardens on the other side of the lake. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was great-sized and airy.

The hotel was fantastic. The view of e lake from the terrace is stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food very good. The rooms were spacious and very clean and well kept.
